Projects
Here are a few of the things I have to show off! From impressive, to still impressive but a little embarrassing, anything for more experience!
Lens Rehousing
My beloved Takummar 55mm f/1.8 may not be the best lens around but it's been an amazing project to take on. A complete redesign of the housing with minimal parts carried over.
I've nearly completed CAD work and I'm gearing up for the first prototype!
Who needs an engineering degree or years of experience as a lens tech?
ValkyCrave
How do you learn to edit and manage a Youtube channel? No one's going to hire you with no experience so there's only one way to get some: Start your own!
A clip channel from the streamer Valkyrae let me learn to edit down long content for Youtube audiences and generate organic engagement.
50 subscribers, 1192 watch hours (long form) and 43,000 shorts views. All in under a month.
See the channel here.
Cyber Security
Off topic, yes. But that's what this section is for! Over the last few months I've taken on several challenges related to offensive and defensive security.
I don't have a lot of offensive achievements yet, but I've been working hard. On hackthebox.com I've solved several challenges, ranking up. I'm working on several bug bounty programs, and I've been putting projects on GitHub. They include quick projects and useful tools!
Arcane
Perhaps the most embarrassing thing I ever have or ever will put on a resume but the fan editors will put any other kind of flashy editing to shame. I never got the crazy high view numbers in a crowded field, but I became an expert when it comes to anything DaVinci Resolve related.
If it can be done: I can do it.
